The Sennheiser HD 490 Pro Plus studio headphones serve up the optimal mix of sonic clarity, wearing comfort and reliability - everything you'd expect from a Sennheiser design. Clarity, Reliability & Comfort
Comfort and wearability are just as essential as sound quality and, as such, Sennheiser have given the HD 490 Pro Plus headphones a flexible and lightweight design that effectively eliminates any pressure points, completing a more ergonomic fit. Two pairs of ear cushions (one set designed for mixing and one set designed for production work) have been included and can even be washed after more intense production sessions and, when they eventually wear out, can easily be replaced.
Designed for Complex Music Production
To ensure the best and most detailed, clear audio reproduction possible, these headphones feature Open-Frame Architecture, where distortion and resonance is no longer an issue, resulting in nothing but highly accurate sound. Koptelefoon voldoet geheel aan mijn verwachting. Op mijn Samsung Tab S8 klinkt hij al goed maar op mijn Denon DH800 is het helemaal genieten. Erg mooi ruimtelijk geluid met een strakke bas.
Vind de koptelefoon wel strak zitten dus buig deze meestal een beetje naar buiten.
Ik gebruik deze alleen maar om audio mee te beluisteren, ben geen gamer.
Na een week deze koptelefoon te gebruiken gezien mijn oude (HD 280 Pro) na bijna 12 jaar de geest had gegeven ben ik zeker onder de indruk!
het geluid is echt geweldig en je hoort goed alle details.
de twee verschillende earpads die je er bij krijgt zijn ook super en je merkt goed verschil dat de Producer pads meer Bas afgeven dan de mixer pads. mijn eigen voorkeur gaat naar de mixer pads want die hebben voor mijn gevoel een beter geluidsprofiel, maar daarnaast zijn deze ook een stuk koeler over de lange tijd dan de producer pads.
De Case die er bij zit is ook heel fijn, alles kan er in en zit voor mijn gevoel ook redelijk goed vast.
en de extra 3 meter kabel die er bij zit is ook perfect voor opnemen e.d.
dit is tot nu toe de beste koptelefoon die ik (op)heb gehad.
Excellent casque avec à l'intérieur du coffret, deux longueurs pour le cordon (1,5 mètre et 3 mètres) et une autre paire d'oreillettes si besoin. Le son est de qualité, vraiment, je recommande.

I purchased 490 Pro as my all round wired headphones when I am interested in a comfortable wide sound stage experience. I am using them for gaming and it took a bit to assess them properly but now I know that I like them. There is a clear difference between producer and mixing pads ( I like mixing pads more). As I am interested in nice sound stage and resolution mainly when playing Apex Legends, mixing pads are offering that very well, the problem is that those pads are thinner and not comfortable (my ear lobs are touching the driver and the material is a bit scratchy on my face). As producer pads are better for comfort and really close in sound to the mixing pads, I have decided to use them and just EQ the sound while playing Apex. The rest of the features are perfect on these headphones and very well thought. I am still looking to purchase a nice balanced cable and maybe some third party pads.
